Is a Business Major a good fit?
Hi, I am a junior in High school looking at graduating with an Associate's and hoping to nail down a major. I previously thought about psychology or creative writing but they don't feel like the right fit. I really enjoy writing and want to find a job I can be creative with. I also want a challenge, and something with a changing work pace that keeps me engaged. I was looking at creative directing but I know that is an end game career. What jobs would allow me to pitch ideas, work on projects, or allow me to make ideas into a reality? At the same time I am hoping those projects wouldn't be only numbers on a screen. With this in mind, would business fit? If so, any ideas? I am finding it hard to narrow down any careers. Thank you.
How do you decide what career to pursue? (Nursing, LA, Art)
(I'm currently in community college trying to better my gpa and explore topics) I'm interested in topics like sustainability, design, and health research, but I'm more of a creative person(drawing, painting, writing, singing). For my careers, I've been going between being a landscape architect or being a nurse because I think pursuing a career in the arts isn't reliable enough. Ultimately, I'm unsure though because those careers have big exams that I might not pass, and I kinda screwed my gpa in my first year of college so if I want to pursue nursing I'd have to retake a few courses. My worry about Landscape Architecture is that it might be too long of a path; having to get the degree, gain experience for a couple years then pass the LARE exam. I'm unsure of what other careers are out there that spark my interest. I am just very unsure for what I should do this upcoming semester and what to pursue for a career in general. (I'm interested in college major and career ideas)

Should I pick a career/major that is easy for me, but still fun and aligns with my personal goals, or a career that would be a challenge for me, but has been my dream since I was a kid?
I am debating picking between biochemistry (and eventually become a pediatrician) which would align with my personal goals of making a difference in the world, or astrophysics, (physics is definitely a difficult class for me). I am a good student and would be able to commit to both, but also want a career that is pretty social and helps me be around people.

I really want to be a vet but science doesn't naturally click with me- is it possible?
I've wanted to be a vet for 3 years now and I've looked thoroughly into the ins and outs of it. I don't naturally get science though, I'm just not scientifically inclined and my grades in them aren't amazing but also not the worst (Grade 5/6/7 at GCSE). I try to force myself to want to do another career, but I just want to do veterinary. I feel like I'd always be jealous of vet students if I did that. It seems like it's rooted in me but I'd be a fraud and I wouldn't get what's going on, especially not as quickly as everyone else who's always gotten A* in all sciences. I'm due to choose my A-levels within a month or two. I definitely think if I carried on with wanting to be a vet, I'd apply to foundation courses where I'd only have to do one science. Any advice? :(

What degrees make sense for someone with ADD? I also have another question.
I'm stuck between a few choices before going to college and my current dilemma is finding something that I can generally enjoy and live to do. But it isn't easy if I essentially dislike repetitive tasks due to ADD. Not to mention I need something that interests me and changes over time. I've been split between 4 majors which are: Criminal Justice, Psychology, Business and Political Science (less so for the other 2 honestly) I just looked into Criminology and the jobs relating to that but Criminologist seems as if it might need Criminology but it also stated on 2 different places Psychology would work to do that. Is this true? Also to make you more aware of my goal, I generally speaking plan to dual degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

Is it weird that I haven't changed my mind once about what I want to do?
I'm 17 years old right now. I've been certain of what I wanted to be since I was 13 years old, and I haven't changed my mind once. I've researched many different careers, but I keep coming back to this single one. But most of the people I know my age don't really know what they want to be, or they have many different careers they're considering. Because I was so certain, I've dropped certain subjects like chemistry, which I know is a prerequisite for many different undergraduate courses but not the one I want. I thought, "Why give myself the stress of doing a subject I dislike that I don't need?" But should I have taken it anyway to give myself more opportunities, just in case? Am I being close-minded? Am I rushing into things? Should I stick on the pathway I've decided, or have I like, doomed myself?
