When it comes to being a Head Chef of your own business or elsewhere, when is the best time to invest in your career?
Being Head Chef of your own business or for someone else's business is a big goal. With developing experience, I want to know what is a good way to take those risky step and fall in the decent situation if it goes bad, financially.
How stressful can the role of Head/Sues Chef be? I know rush hours can be especially difficult and both mentally/physically draining.
What sort of mindset would I need to deal with large crowds and how should I keep a level head if or when customers are unsatisfied?

I have worked in this industry for over ten years but in various cuisines like Indian, Chinese, Arabic and lastly in Italian cuisine. Among these, I love to work with Italian cuisine and I’m very much passionate about it. I would love to become a professional chef who specializes in Italian cooking. I have done a one-year diploma course in professional cookery level 2 and I have basic knowledge of Italian cuisine.
