Hello, my planned approach to this is to take a masters degree after my bachelor's and I'm thinking of either doing a MS in Cosmetic Science or a MS in Pharmaceutics with a specialization in Cosmetic Science. Any other recommended master degrees or methods in achieving this role in the cosmetic industry? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! #chemical-engineering #engineering #chemistry #masters #cosmetics
How can I publish a research paper as a high schooler?
Hi! I'm a sophomore who really loves biotech and Bio. I'm doing a summer program this summer that allows me to write a paper about genome errors and a particular disease. I'd like to work on it over junior year and get it published. Are there any programs where I could get advice on how to edit and improve my paper so that I could eventually publish it? Thank you!

Hi, I'm a mtech 2nd year student from computational chemistry background .
Can I become a cosmetic scientist by graduating with a degree in chemistry? Or do I have to graduate as a chemical engineer?
The college I go to won’t let me transfer to their college of engineering so I can’t become a chemical engineer. My only other option is to major in chemistry? I don’t know if a degree in chemistry can get me a job as a cosmetic scientist.
What should i do if i want to major in chemical engineering but the university im planning to go to doesn’t offer said program. I was thinking of majoring in materials science and engineering and getting a minor in chemistry. Could that potentially land me any chemical engineering jobs, or should I reconsider what im planning to do?
Hello! Im in 11th grade and absolutely love both engineering and chemistry.

Is there anyone in the Dermatology field available to help me with an Informational Interview project?
I am a junior in high school and I am in a pre college program called Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID). We are currently working on a project which is a 15 minute informational interview where we interview a professional in our dream field of study. During this interview, I will be asking questions to learn about your job and experiences as a Dermatologist. I am interested in majoring in chemistry to later become a Medical Dermatologist after high school. Thank you!
Do I have to take Chemistry first before I can take AP Chemistry in high school?
I'm trying to figure out my schedule for the rest of my 2 years of high school. I'm trying to become a Physical Therapist.
I'm Interested in becoming a physical chemist, or something to do with chemistry.?
I value a creative and fun job that keeps my mind going by learning new things, will this career path align with what I value?
I can't take calculus, chemistry, nor physics cause they don't teach that in 9th. The only class that I have that has to do with mechanical engineering is biology.
So I was wondering if I should study calculus over the internet or should I just study in my math class although my math class isn't calculus and study in my biology class. #mechanical-engineering #internet #math #chemistry #physics #higher-education #high-school-classes
How can I ensure a successful career path in academia or industry after completing a PhD specializing in quantum physics, considering my diverse interests in languages and creative pursuits as well?
As someone who completed a bachelor's degree in chemistry and a master's in materials chemistry from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and worked as a product engineer for 7 years, I have a solid technical background. However, I have a persistent keen interest in physics, particularly quantum physics and its applications. I'm considering pursuing a PhD in either physics or physical chemistry to explore my passion for research science. At the same time, I am trained in materials chemistry, I speak 4 languages, and I actively pursue songwriting and writing on the side. How can I navigate this transition and what are some tips for maintaining a balance between my scientific pursuits and my other interests?
How to find a mentor?
I need a mentor that can guide me throughout High School and College. I find my counselor to be very unhelpful. I want a mentor that is able to help me out with my extracurricular activities since they seem a bit too complicated to do without one. also someone that is there for me whenever I need it. Someone I can talk to about my goals and give feedback. I am in 10th grade and I'm 16. (I'm interested in the stem field)

Any advice on my grades in chemistry?
Ever since I was little I've wanted to become a doctor. I'm a junior in high school. I have 100% in anatomy and physiology. I love anatomy. I can name you all of the bones in the human body and every organ. I'm working on the muscles (haha I guess it's a hobby of mine) The problem is my knowledge of chemistry and physics, or lack there of. No matter how hard I study or receive extra help from my teacher, I don't understand chemistry and physics, nor do I find it interesting. I guess that if it doesn't involve directly with the human body, I'm not interested in it. I've talked to a family friend who is in med school and she told me a strong knowledge in chemistry and extremely important to passing medical school. I'm worried. What should I do? I'm afraid I won't pass college chemistry, let alone medical school. #college #doctor #career #medicine #chemistry #physics
