How many accumulated years is it to become a licensed and board certified pathologist?
Hello! I'm trying to figure out a few different career paths to look into, but I'm starting out to see the ones I have chosen, and what is required with them, Meaning years of college, training, as an assistant, etc, and how the people who work in those jobs feel about them. I do have multiple questions. I'm going to be asking these same questions to multiple sorts of careers I am interested in. 1.) Do you like your job, or do you regret choosing it? If you knew before entering your career what you have known now, would you still have chosen to do your career, or picked something else? 2.) (Mainly for the few jobs that may need this question, I apologize if its uncomfortable.) Do you feel mentally drained after being in this job, because of what it entails, and your experiences in it? Has it had an impact in your mental state? Final question, I'm sorry for asking so many. Do you feel you worked hard for a good reason? Do you feel it is a good career to retire on? Thank you for listening! #forensic-science #forensics #forensic #chemistry

How can I become a Cosmetic Chemist with a BS in Chemical Engineering?
Hello, my planned approach to this is to take a masters degree after my bachelor's and I'm thinking of either doing a MS in Cosmetic Science or a MS in Pharmaceutics with a specialization in Cosmetic Science. Any other recommended master degrees or methods in achieving this role in the cosmetic industry? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! #chemical-engineering #engineering #chemistry #masters #cosmetics
Career choices for chemistry
I am a high school senior and did the Johnson O'Connor assessments for careers. My results show that I should do something in chemistry or biology, preferably a job where I work more independently and that requires advanced education beyond a bachelor's. I do love chemistry/bio and have done very well in school (4.0 gpa, 35 ACT) but I have no idea exactly what careers I could do (current plan is to major in Biochemistry) . I often read now that a bachelor's in biology or chemistry is useless unless you are going into medical school or plan to pursue some sort of graduate degree in another medical field (physical therapy, etc). Otherwise salaries are very low for graduates who just work in a lab. With the cost of college being so high I want to know all my options. Thanks for any advice! #biology #chemistry #college
