I’ve been accepted into my college that I will be committing to. As of now I’m undeclared but want to minor in business and communications just to get a feel of college first before committing to a major. I already have a multitude of AP classes I’m currently taking that will cover a few college classes (AP Statistics, AP Calculus, etc). What are some recommended classed that may edge me toward and help if I do decide to major in business and communications? The college I applied to was SF State (Go Gators!) #college #college-advice #business #college-major #college-bound #business
Is it worth to be a pediatrician compare to the cost?????????????
Is being a pediatrician worth it as 12 years of college after school . I know i can pass it but the cost it alot as- 4 years of college=$15000 per year*4=$60000 4 years of medical school=$50000 per year*4=$200000 Total cost is $260000 so we don't have this much money but is it easy to be a pediatrician. #doctor #teacher #college-bound #pediatrician #dentistry

As a non-religious person, should I exclude religiously affiliated colleges and universities from my college search?
Just a quick disclaimer: I do not mean to offend anyone in this post!! I respect your freedom of religion!! So, I do not follow any organized religion. I do not believe in a God or creationism, and I am not spiritual. I guess I can be categorized as a "nihilist." With that being said, I personally find myself uncomfortable when people talk about religion, or try to convince me to follow their religion. For religiously affiliated colleges, is this something that I should worry about. I know of some amazing colleges with amazing programs that I am interested in, but I am wary of the fact that the college is religiously affiliated. Any thoughts? #college #college-advice #college-bound #college-selection #religion

Is having student debt worth it?
I'm asking because I am wondering if someone decided to go to a more expensive school rather than a cheaper school with the same amenities- basically everything is the same, except the name of the school. I am currently trying to decide whether being in debt from school is worth it because I fell in love with an expensive school but would have to take out a huge loan in order to attend. I'm just seeking advice and interested in hearing what others have done. #college-selection #college-advice #college-bound

How can I be more efficient in my daily routines? How can I be more focused on school work?
Hi! I am a college student. I used to be living at home before coming to college, I will have breakfast waken up, and now everything is so different. The first thing I did when I wake up is make my bed, and then I have to wait for the laundry room to be ready, and I cleaned my cup, then I brushed my teeth and washed my face, and then I have to re allocate the lundry room, when I finally sat down and used all my morning energy on the chores, I am hungry because there is no breakfast, I struggled in my mind if I want to make my own breakfast and go through the waiting time, the dishes, etc. I just felt everything is so messy and too much for me sometimes. Any advice? How i could be more focused on school work? Thank you #college #college-advice #college-bound #help

1 on 1 talk with college director/admissions?
Currently a junior in high school and am wanting to go to ASU (Arizona State University) and I am wondering if everyone gets a 1 on 1 conversation with the college director to be accepted because my GPA (2.157 I know, its horrific) is terrible and I want to have the chance to explain myself to him and why it was so bad. I know that college applications have a spot where it asks if you would like to add any additional information about yourself but I feel like writing a paper is just a lot and he might not be interested in reading it. #college #school #college-bound #colleges
