What careers are available with a B.A in Public Heath?
Hello! I am currently applying for the public health major (B.A) and can’t help but wonder what career opportunities exist. As when I ask advisors they tell me PH is a broad major with so many job opportunities but never really seem to say what exactly. I’ve seen Reddit’s on PH majors who state that a MPH/MHA is necessary. Thus I’m hoping my post comes across anyone who knows/is someone who majored on PH and can inform me on the career opportunities! Thank you:) #career #college #college-major #career-choice
stuck between business and film majors
I'm struggling with what I want to major/study. I enjoy business and I really enjoy film. Should I pursue business major and a film minor? but I've heard those two studies are practically useless and I suppose the odds of succeeding are low. Economics is more in demand but I don't think I can keep up with a film minor on top of that. #college-major #college #business #film
What colleges offer Criminology/Forensic Psychology?
Hi! I'm currently in my first year of college, majoring in BA Psychology. I'm genuinely passionate about my course, but more so on Forensic/Criminal Psychology. However my college doesn't offer this specific class, only BA Psychology as a general course. So for my graduate studies, I want to focus more on Forensic Psychology. I want to ask on what colleges offer Criminology/Forensic Psychology courses in the U.S? since I'm planning on getting a professional license there in the future. #psychology #college #criminal-justice #college-major #forensic-psychology

What should I do for college applications if I just switched from Physics to Neuroscience as a prospective major?
Over the summer ( a couple days ago), I switched paths from physics to neuroscience. But I never took AP Biology or AP Chemistry. I will be entering senior year next month, taking AP Physics 2, AP Calculus BC, and AP Statistics as my STEM courses. I only took AP Psychology just last year. Should I apply as a physics major and switch to neuroscience in college? Or are there other suggestions? #college-major

A bit about myself, I'm currently attending Job Corps. for the CCNA program on Networking. My goal is to complete this and pursue an advanced training for Database Administration, I believe using Microsoft Azure Architecture. A program Job Corps. offers is a transition to a two year or four year college. I want to transfer to a four year college to pursue a BS in Computer Science for Software Engineering. Also, what else can I do in my spare time, such as picking up a language or getting familiar with different environments, IDE's, etc.? #college #software #computer-software #college-major #technology
What should I major in/should I even go to college?
I’m 16 and a senior in high school. I want to do something with animals but not necessarily become a vet. I could volunteer at shelters but I’m not sure what I want my main career to be. I was thinking maybe real estate or architecture or maybe even run my own animal sanctuary but I’m not sure I need to go to college for any of those things. I’m not sure what I want to do or be after high school. Any advice? #veterinarian #college #college-major #real-estate #architecture #senior #16 #animals #volunteer #career #animal-sanctuary

Advice for picking an undergrad major?
Hello! I am trying to pick an undergrad major, and I am very indecisive! Currently, I am looking at many majors ranging from policy to marketing. I love FASHION, ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE, ACTIVISM, and PSYCHOLOGY! If anyone knows of any undergrad majors that are vague or versatile enough for me to later pursue more specific studies or jobs in the above-mentioned fields, please let me know! I would love to go to Parsons or FIT to study fashion, but I have been encouraged to keep my studies versatile until I have more experience with college internships. Thank you so much! If you know of any majors combining fashion with one of those other pursuits (psychology, environment/sustainability, etc) or other fields with high career prospects please let me know! I really appreciate it and have to make this decision ASAP. #fashion #psychology #college-major #fashion-design #college #major #fashion-design #undecided #environmentalscience #highpaying Thank you!!!
