When is the best time to pay back a student loan?

Hi. I’m asking about student loans because I am currently a senior in high school and I plan on going to college. College is expensive and I’ve applied for many scholarships but I’m not sure if that’s enough money. I think I might have to take a loan. If I do I want to know when is the best time to pay it back to the government so I won’t be in debt for the rest of my life. #college #loans #money #educational-technology

Where do you see the field of History ending up in 20 years with the influx of more technology into not only research but displays and relaying information?

I ask because I hope to work in the museum field someday as a curator and with the influx of new technology of course there will be changes in how we research and display new artifacts. #history #museums #museum-collections #educational-technology

What is the typical starting salary for a computer science major?

I've Googled information about my major. I found out how much a software developer makes but I have been told by older students that companies will pay you less than what is listed online? I'm not sure if this is true or not. #computer-programming #educational-technology #computer #computer-science #information-technology-and-services #information-technology

Does anyone have any specific guidance for a strong STEM student with ADHD and Dyslexia that may want a career teaching STEM subject to students with similar disabilities?

I'm a high school senior with ADHD and Dyslexia. I also have been successful taking high level math and science classes as well as AP digital art. I am considering a career where I can help other students with similar disabilities be successful in their STEM classes and, hopefully, pursue their own STEM career. Beyond a "normal" education degree that may not provide the specialized education specific to STEM, are there particular courses, majors, minors, or internships that I should be considering? #teaching #stem #special-education #educational-technology #dyslexia

What is the most important factor when looking into a buying a laptop for school?

My name is Briana, and I am currently a freshman in college. Throughout the summer, I had received a check for a local scholarship and am very thankful. With this money, I had planned to spend more than I currently had on textbooks. As I had spent most of y middle and high school career with a shared computer with my family, it proved to be more complicated to even get the time and silence necessary to do work. Now that i am able, my parents have set me loose onlooking for a computer that would best suit my needs. Except that I know practically nothing about them, aside for memory space and a new need for WiFi. I would thank anyone who takes the time to respond. #teacher #computer #higher-education #college-student #college-advice #computers #educational-technology

Will technology ever make human teachers irrelevant in education?

I am a high school student who has recently finished a course in Teacher Cadet. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to go out into the field and see how the education system has changed with technological improvements, even in the short span I have been away from elementary school and middle school. I am wondering wether or not any educators out in the field today think that they will ever become irrelevant within the classroom setting to the vast expanses of technology. Will technology ever erase the need for teachers or will students always need a human teacher in one form (videos, skyping, etc.) or another? #teaching #technology #education #educational-technology
