How do I create a plan for my future that will get me to the best place I need to be for my academic dreams and potential and how can I start that in high school?

What "path" does one take to get a degree in computer science (or in that area, programing, software etc.) in junior year (3rd) of high school ?
I'm currently a third year in high school and still lost on what path to take to get to a computer science degree or in similar area. I feel like it might be too late to correct my path I've made without thinking.

Should I quit my sport?
I'm currently in 9th grade and have been doing rhythmic gymnastic since around 4-5 grade. I've been wondering if I should quit since I practice 4 hours a day on school days and haven't been getting enough sleep or good grades. Currently I have all As except for 2 subjects which are Bs, but I think I can do better. I am also taking all the hardest classes available in my school for a freshman. I really love my team but I don't know if rhythmic is my sport since I'm now in level 8 and I'm not as flexible as I used to be, therefore I'm at a huge disadvantage. I have also been wanting to quit for several years now however never had the courage to. It's been part of who I am for such a long time, but I just don't think it's right for me anymore. I really love the sport but I don't think I'm good at it anymore, or will be again in the future. Since I'll only get less flexible. I believe my coach really does want the best for us but most practices are wasted because she's not in the mood to correct us. I also see no future for me in the sport, and I don't think it will be good for collage app since basically no collage has a rhythmic gymnasts team/ I have to decide whether or not I want to quit since we have to start signing up for competition in 2 weeks, and if I don't quit this year I'm not quiting next year since I want to be able to start sometime else and get better at it PLEASE HELP! (If I quit I will start trying new sports starting with gymnastic)
What are most challenge part in working?
I don't know what I want to be when I get out of high school but i find nursing and designing interesting but I don't want to be any of those can you help me find other things that will help me find something I like.
What is the best and earliest age I should get a job while still in High school?
I just turned 16 , and I have been looking into what would be important for my future. I realize that it might be difficult to have a job as a sophomore in high school while juggling schoolwork. I'm not entirely sure that this would be the best option.

I’m a senior in high school and I want to study computer science to become a programmer, the thing is that college is can be sort of expensive, I wanted to go out of state to a tech school but it is kind of pricey, the thing is that a college near me offers a computer science program as well and it’s cheaper and closer, now what I was wondering is if i wanna work at a big tech company does my college degree matter (where it’s from and what college it’s from)

At my high school, I'm in the yearbook program. I take pictures of sports (usually volleyball) I'm a sophomore and this is my second year in the yearbook. I'll admit I've definitely gotten better at taking photos and getting action shots, but I want to get better. Hello! I’m a high school junior looking for someone to interview for my engineering class. The only requirements are that they are from an engineering or tech heavy background although personally i’m very interested in science or programming related fields so that would be preferable. I would also prefer that they live in/are from/went to School in my state-north carolina, but that’s not a requirement. I tried linked in and googling to find professionals near me but the majority of what came up was add listings. Does anyone have advice on how I can find someone in that field who would be interested in an interview?
