What type of career paths do graduates with an International Relations/Affairs follow?

I am a high school freshman, and am always encouraged to do more research into what I want to do once I graduate high school. I have always found International Relations/Affairs and International/Global Studies to be fields I want to venture into, but struggle finding what these people really do for a living. So reaching out to those out there with a similar degree: What is your job, and what do you do everyday as part of that career?

If I have two very different career paths in mind, how should I find a way to choose between them? Should I try to balance them even though it's unrealistic?

I have two very different career paths in mind. I'd like to be an intelligence officer or a THINKTANK, but I also want to pursue a job in the film industry. I have knacks for both political science and acting/direction. I'm not sure what to do, because choosing one would most likely mean not getting to do the other. What should I do? How should I choose?

International Psychology?

Are there any jobs that involve psychology and international studies? I love psychology and learning about new cultures and especially traveling. I was thinking about finishing at my JuCo then becoming a flight attendant for a while and coming back to study psychology and do research. Does that sound plausible or is it a bad idea?

Best Universities in the field of International Relations/International Politics?

I am currently graduating in Korean Studies, but i want to do a MA in International Relations/Politics. My goal for the future is to get into the EU or the UN, both of which require a very good degree from a god university. Other than Harvard and LSE (just wayyyy too expensive) what are good options for doing a Masters in this field? Which universities are famous for IR? I heard a lot about Sciences Po in Paris? What are other good options, preferably in Europe?
