In a interview, how can you leave a big impression on your future employer?

Why I am asking this because I am currently looking for a job and I feel unprepared whenever they would ask me " What is my strongest quality?" or "What is my weakness?". Also, because this year I have applied to some hospitals to volunteer during the summer and I have always been rejected and I still get no feedback on what I am doing wrong. #interviews

How many resumes should I have to send out before I hear back about an interview?

Now that it's abnormal to walk into a business and ask if they are hiring, I'm sending out resumes all the time and I have no idea if they are even being reviewed. I heard a stat once that you should get one interview for every 100 resumes you send out. Is this true? It's so time consuming to write all those intro emails and everything! #resume #careerbuilding #interviews I am curious because it's starting to weigh on me that I'm not hearing back. Is it appropriate for me to email the company directly? What are some ways that I can make sure my resume is getting reviewed? Anyone have any ideas about some more guerilla ways to get a job?

What do video game companies look for when hiring their programmers? Is a bachelor's in computer science good enough?

So I want to program video games for a career and I'm already majoring in computer science and trying to learn a little about video game programming through Unity but I'm worried that there'll be a lot of extra hoops I have to jump through before I look hire-able. So I want to know what not just what I can do to stand out in the hiring process but also what video game companies expect to be common knowledge when hiring their programmers. Thanks! #programming #computer-programming #video-games #video-game-programming #computer-science #interviews
