How do you avoid Speaking negatively about yourself in interviews? Directly and indirectls

When it comes to interviews, I have trouble coming up with something good and positive to say about myself. With little experience in interviews, I find that in my practice answers, I subconsciously say something negative about myself, indirectly or directly. Now, I'm being more vigilant in what I say, but do you have any other tips for avoiding negative speech? If so, what are they? How do you boost your self-confidence to a balanced level?

How do you get a job at 14, with no prior experience?

I am a 14 year old 8th grader in Montana, so its legal for me to apply for a job. I've done some volunteer work around my town, but I really don't know where I'd even start with getting a job.(Where I should apply, how to get hired etc.) I'm fine with working anywhere, and to be honest I am just trying to do this for the money.

How can I get a job at 14 when the laws are so strict?

Where I live I can only work 3 after-school hours so roughly from 3pm to 6pm and 8 hours on weekends. Also only 6 consecutive days. I've been applying and I have a work permit but I'm finding it hard to find a job that can meet these requirements or just simply hire at 14. Help.

How can I get job interviews consistently?

I’ve been trying to find my first job for a very long time. I already customize every resume to each job application that I submit. Even though I am looking for my first job, I do have substantial volunteer experience (5 years). I know that job searching is a numbers game, but it doesn’t make sense to me to submit 500 applications for only one to advance me to the interview stage – I’d rather focus my time and energy on crafting my application to get to the interview every time or most of the time. Is there anything I can do to increase my odds of getting a job interview and/or get feedback on why I’m not being considered?

Would the following portfolio (below) that I have put together after graduating from my time at Bellevue College enable me to get a entry level, remote (work from home), parttime job/internship as a 3D modeler in Washington State I'm still working on my modeling skills and learning online but I would like to know if my skills are even strong enough to obtain an entry level position as a 3D modeler. Would a 3D modeler at CareerVillage be able to evaluate my skill level and connect me to an appropriate employer/ internship? Here is the website of my portfolio: https://davidgolan78.wixsite.com/website Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks, David?
