Which undergrad major would be best suited for a doctorate in physical therapy?

As I've been looking into more colleges for admissions, I've noticed that not all of them have either kinesiology or exercise science. After looking more into it, I can't decide whether exercise sciences or kinesiology would be better suited for my major to help get my doctorate.

Is kinesiology or child development better for a high school student looking into medicine?

I'm selecting my 9th grade classes. I have no idea if other schools do this, but we have to create a "career plan" and select classes for all four years of high school. Between the classes of kinesiology (my high school's course catalog defines it as studying the effects of exercise on the body and studying skeletal, muscular, and neural movements) and child development (working with and talking to young children, earning CPR and first aid qualifications along the way), which is better if I would like to become a premed student in college? I specifically am interested in orthopedics or becoming a surgeon.

What should I major in to go through the pathway of becoming an athletic trainer for the MLB? Is it only one major that I have to pursue in order to become one?How long does it take to study?

I want to pursue becoming an athletic trainer for the MLB since I realized that me trying to be an anesthesiologist is too much for me. Am I also going to have to major in one or two to ensure I would get a job in the MLB also?

Would I be able to begin my journey as a recreational therapist with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology? ?

Would I be able to begin my journey as a recreational therapist with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology? & What major should I choose for my master's degree if I don't obtain it in recreational therapy? I just moved from CA to AR and decided I want to pursue a career in recreational therapy, preferably in a mental health facility setting. I would like to pursue my master's degree as well, but the University of Arkansas (which is the most affordable option for me) doesn't have that as a major. Depending on these responses I might just pursue my masters directly in RT online somewhere else.
