Can a history major go into a business job?

I love the study of history more than any other subject and if I could major in it I would. I've always heard that history majors are versatile as the soft skills will land you a job from teaching to business. What business jobs can history majors get and how much will they be paid. Would it be harder to major in history and to go into business compared to a business major?

Which majors are most reliable, and is architecture a reliable major that will get me somewhere in life?

I really like the idea of becoming an architect, but I am unsure whether or not it is a reliable or enjoyable career. If you could possibly share your experiences or a different career that is reliable. When I say reliable, I mean it will provide for me.

I am currently a Junior in Highschool and I am close to being a senior. I have been thinking about the career I want to pursue after highschool and I want to become a pediatrician. What degree should I look for and how many years will I be in school?

I always wanted to become a doctor when I was younger. I had the passion to help people. When I was little I used to pick up medical equipment and play like I was a doctor. In middle school and high school I went to the library often to research books about the medical field and children. I babysat kids for such a long time and I actually enjoy it. I am also asking this question because I want to become a pediatrician. I am in highschool and a junior who is about to enter the real world soon. Also because I want to pick a right major that will help me. I want to know what can I do to reach my goal. Also I asked for future pediatricians like me who are unsure about the degrees . #doctor #pediatrician #majors #college #premed

What are some biology-related majors?

I took a biology class coming into high school and after taking physical science I realized I liked it. I wanted to know some majors that kinda deal with or are related to biology but not a nurse or doctor. (I hope that makes sense)

What is the extent of math I would need to know for a technology related job?

I know that it probably would vary significantly depending on which job it is exactly, but I just would like an idea of the extent of math I would need to be doing on a regular basis while working in the future. I am in 10th grade and wondering what classes would be good for me to take to prepare myself for a career reated to technology, I have already signed up for multiple tech related classes, but I would like to know what math classes would be a good idea for me to get into because I heard that math is used a bit in these types of jobs.

Should I major in Sociology and minor in psychology or the other way around?

I am set on majoring in Sociology, but I would like to hear the opinions of others as well, in order to gain some more insight. I would like to work in the mental-health field, but also go on to do work with UNICEF and or other humanitarian organizations. I want a job where I can really connect with others by providing services like counseling, humanitarian deeds, focusing on physical but mostly emotional health , and also being able to do research on social groups and personal interactions with others (that is based on the individual) to better understand the community and to assist that community overall.

How do you know if you've found your right major, job, and school?

I've been talking to a lawyer and he just told me that he would have liked being a doctor more than being a lawyer. He has 2 kids and needs the income to feed them not going to school again. After seeing him regret his decision I'm worried about going to college and choosing my life. #lawyer #future #majors #job
