I can't take calculus, chemistry, nor physics cause they don't teach that in 9th. The only class that I have that has to do with mechanical engineering is biology.

So I was wondering if I should study calculus over the internet or should I just study in my math class although my math class isn't calculus and study in my biology class. #mechanical-engineering #internet #math #chemistry #physics #higher-education #high-school-classes

What should I do after high school/ college?

I have no idea what I want to do for a career. I am interested in many things and I have had a couple ideas, but when I think about it, it is not something I want to do my whole life. I love math, anatomy/physiology, and art. Right now I am most interested in nursing, but I'm not 100% sure that that's what I want to do for the rest of my life. #nursing #math #anatomy #art

Which all subjects are required to find a job in the field of marketing? And is there any job in the commerce field which does not require math?

I'm new to this website, but I hope I can expect an answer soon :) My question is: In future, i want a job that does not require math, and im studying in the commerce field so i cannot do anything based on science. I find math really hard and I think it would be better off without math in 11th. #business #accounting #marketing #mathematics #math #marketing-and-advertising

As a math teacher, what is the most difficult grade or subject to teach?

I am considering being a math teacher, and I am trying to decide what grade I would like to teach. I think I would enjoy teaching high school students because it is more difficult and complex math. I also think I would like it because I like a challenge and I know not everyone learns the same. #teacher #math #teaching #education

Are biodemical engineers highly needed in the STEM field?

I was looking at a few statistics online, and came across a few websites that listed stem careers in demand. Most of the are software developers , computer programmers and mechanical engineers. I'm a woman going into the biomedical engineering field and was concerned about all the hard work and I've been putting into my research. I'm quite passionate about this field, but I'm just scared it won't allow me to find a career that is in demand and that I'll enjoy. #engineering #science #math #biomedical-engineering #women-in-stem #women-in-tech

Will a degree in biomedical engineering help me get a career in the STEM field?

I recently spoke to a friend that is in the program. She told me she can't find a lot of jobs with this degree since it covers a broad range of topics and not just a certain one like mechanical, civil engineering does. I've been doing research for osseointegrated prosthetic limbs, and wanted to know if this will help me in the future for a career in STEM. #engineering #science #math #biomedical-engineering #stem #women-in-stem #women-in-tech #women-in-leadership

Would it be better to get a job with the federal government or a corporation such as Boeing or Lockheed Martin?

I have heard that getting jobs with the government can be difficult unless you have people on the inside to help you out. So, I'm asking if avoiding the hassle and going to a corporation would be just as good (if not better). #engineering #science #technology #mechanical-engineering #math #aerospace-engineering #aeronautics #federal-government

What is the primary difference, whether it be course work and classes or what kind of study each are, between a applied physics/ engineering physics major versus a mechanical engineering major? What career opportunities do each of the majors give?

I am confused between applying to college for an applied physics and engineering physics major or simply a mechanical engineering major without clearly understanding what each major entails. I don't know the specific differences between the two majors and it would definitely help if someone cleared it up. #engineering #mechanical-engineering #math #physics #aerospace-engineering #applied-mathematics

Is there a merit selecting an Applied Physics/ Engineering Physics major over a mechanical or aerospace engineering major career wise in the future? Which offers more critical problem-solving requirements for these jobs?

As a student primarily interested in math, physics, and engineering, I constantly wonder which major I should decide. I have loved the necessary logic and problem solving required in some of the math and physics courses I take in high school but always consider if engineering is the right major for me. Both majors in the question require similar skills and interests and I think knowing the distinction and what I will be getting into may help clarify many things. #engineering #mechanical-engineering #math #physics #aerospace-engineering #aerospace #applied-mathematics
