If you received multiple misdemeanors in various states which all were determined dismissed, will the government hire you?

I have a friend who got misdemeanors and an injunction in two different states, everything turned out to be dismissed or basically denied because nothing actually happened. They do show up in the court systems though. My friend wants to get a job with the government and has the skill set for some positions in his field of study. Should he just forget about getting a job with the government and try to go the private route or should he make an attempt to get a job with the government since everything he did was thrown out because they were ridiculous charges? #government #recruiting #human-resources #career-details #job-application #personal-development

Advice for running workshops?

I'm possibly going to be teaming up with a sex therapist in her new private practice planning and running some sexuality-related workshops. I was wondering if anyone had tips on hosting these, such as: - How best to gather ideas? - What kinds of people-skills I might need? - How to keep them exciting and engaging? I'm very excited, yet mildly intimidated by this since I'm not a clinician. I'm interested in human sexuality, absolutely, but wondering where to start with this type of opportunity. Thanks in advance! #health #sexuality #human-sexuality #workshop-development #personal-development

I am interested in becoming an audio and visual technician but don't know which college would best for me to pursue such a career. What colleges would be recommended and what courses should I take?

I am asking this question because after having experience in constructing a stage for a musical production, I was able to see the jobs that some people perform with stage lights and audio machines.
