Is Radiology a Good Occupation?

One of the main things I want to pursue occupation wise is something that involves health and medicine, and I also want to be financially stable. I’ve seen a lot about radiology, but I was wondering - how long I’d have to go to college - how much I’d make per year - if it’s a stressful lifestyle - which colleges would be best for it.

In the daily schedule of a Radiologic Technician, how much of the time are you doing the same thing? Is there something different every day?

I am a senior in high school looking to pursue a career in radiology. I have had some shadowing experience in my area. I was there twice a week for three weeks and it seemed like the Rad. Tech.’s were always doing the same thing, or they were sitting around. This concerns me that all jobs are like this. Please provide me more information so I know what I am going into and can make a knowledgeable decision about my future. #medicine #medical-field #radiology #radiologist #radiological-technician

Where do I start so that I can end up with my dream job?

I want to become a Radiologist. I really want that job, it's a cool part of the medical field and it's challenging and after all radiology is pretty cool! The thing is I have no idea what colleges I should go to if i eventually want to go into med school? If a school has no pre med program or major what do I do then? I'm confused with the whole process and quite frankly it seems scary and like it'l take forever, which I don't mind but if I don't do what I am supposed to be, I could be wasting time when I could vbe using that to persue my career. #help #lost #whatschool #wheredoigo #howdoistart #getmetoaschool #freakingout #radiologist
