How do I decide whether I wish to pursue a career in Medics, Psychology, or other branches of STEM?

I am an eighth grader that is about to enter a job-preparation program. I've always loved science, especially this year now that I'm taking a regents-level biology class. However, I've always found myself questioning the way that people think, and trying to make a "map" of their brains inside my head as they spoke, or described their thought processes to me. I'm also very into helping those in need, and doctor shows (no matter how inaccurate) have also sparked my attention. I am very confused and need help.

How do I find a good internship related to Forensic Science?

I'm interested in forensic science and I recently did my finals, in BSc in biological sciences (chemistry, zoology and plant biotechnology) I applied for a Diploma in forensic medicine and toxicology which is to start this May. I hope to do my Masters abroad but at the moment I can't go abroad due to some personal reasons so I want to do an internship here in Sri Lanka while doing the Diploma. Is it good if I can get an internship at a hospital laboratory? Will it be helpful for me? If not what internships would you suggest?

Can I become a cosmetic scientist by graduating with a degree in chemistry? Or do I have to graduate as a chemical engineer?

The college I go to won’t let me transfer to their college of engineering so I can’t become a chemical engineer. My only other option is to major in chemistry? I don’t know if a degree in chemistry can get me a job as a cosmetic scientist.

How to find a mentor?

I need a mentor that can guide me throughout High School and College. I find my counselor to be very unhelpful. I want a mentor that is able to help me out with my extracurricular activities since they seem a bit too complicated to do without one. also someone that is there for me whenever I need it. Someone I can talk to about my goals and give feedback. I am in 10th grade and I'm 16. (I'm interested in the stem field)

What are the most suitable majors for transitioning from engineering?

Suppose a person has completed the physics I-III sequence, the calculus I-III sequence, differential equations, probability and statistics, linear algebra, along with several engineering-specific credits. Which majors should they consider transitioning to where they have already met many of the required courses? Unfortunately, transitioning to one of the business majors is less feasible due to the amount of required courses & lack of overlap, and their IQ probably isn't high enough for a mathematics or physics major.

What major should I go for ?

I have always been interested in mathematics and physics. After graduating from 12th grade, I have discovered that I'm really good at mathematics, though I used to get over 95% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. I know getting a good score isn't everything in a career; there are so many skills that are required to have a top-notch career. Now I am planning to do my major in electrical engineering or software engineering. As I like grinding mathematics more, will it be a wise decision to major in electrical engineering? I really want to do a startup. Will it be a wise decision to major in electrical engineering, having the passion to do the startup and maintaining academics perfectly?  One thing I would like to say, I'm going to move to Montreal and planning to do my MBA afterwards.
