Would you be willing to participate in a survey about remote work environments and its impact on job satisfaction?
Hey, I'm a high school student conducting a research project on how your home workspace impacts your job satisfaction. If you work remotely could you complete this survey, it takes about 5 minutes. This is a repost from a previous question, but I was hoping to get five more responses before I enter an analysis phase of research. Thanks for the consideration, it means a lot! https://forms.gle/PFqVy2LQ82RjVJv68

Is psychology a good major?
Is psychology a good major? I am really passionate when it comes to studying human behavior but as a child of immigrant I have to make sure that I won’t struggle financially. I hear a lot of people talking about how this major is not good and finding jobs is hard and they don't pay a good amount. I don’t want to sacrifice my passion for money but I have to be realistic and consider financial aspects too. Thank you.

Does anyone know any places where I can intern to work with at risk youth?
I use to want to be a police officer and make my way up to detective but after graduating college, I decided that it wasn't what I wanted anymore. However, I do want to work with at risk youth but I still have mixed feelings and I am not sure where I can intern or even begin to explore this option to see if it is what I really want to do. There are places that I have applied too and have not heard back and I feel as if I am running out of options and places to look. If anyone has any ideas or guidance that they can give me, I would truly appreciate it because the only way to know if this is what I want to do for a career, is to try it out.
Master's Program help appreciated
Hello everyone! I'm new here and am hoping to get some answers. I am enrolled at SNHU to get my bachelor's in human services concentration in substance abuse and a minor in organizational leadership. I plan on getting a master's after I'm done with my bachelor's. I started my educational journey with the intention of becoming a substance abuse counselor and have since changed my mind. I want to be involved in policy writing and work with the community. I've been researching jobs related to this and have come up with a policy analyst. I planned on getting my master's in social work but am wondering if public admin would be better. I don't only want to work in policy, I want to work with people too. Any advice is welcome and appreciated.
Is it better to major in Social Work than Sociology if you want a career in social work?
I got accepted into UC Riverside (as well as their honors program) and was originally Waitlisted at Cal State Long Beach. Recently, I was admitted into Long Beach in their Social Work program. I'm unsure whether I should stay with Riverside when I got accepted into my desired major at Long Beach. I know you can work in social work with Sociology, but is it as good as just studying Social Work? I know at the end of the day, I have to make the choice. However, hearing other thoughts and opinions would be much appreciated. Thank you!
