How can I manage my time better so I can reach my goal of having a 4.0 this year while having extracurriculars and SAT preparations?
For context, I am taking 3 APs and an astronomy community college class. I am struggling the most with astronomy, physics, and math. I am also the Junior Officer for an aerospace organization at my school called Aerotech and I am a writer and editor for a club called ARRAS (Arts and Magazine Club). In addition to this, I am currently working on a research project and thinking of making a research club for my school and dabbling in music production (hopefully I can start producing music once I can effectively manage my time). In short, I have too much on my plate.
I am interested in wildlife conservation. How do I go about finding someone to do an informational interview with?

What could I do to find more job opportunities as an undergrad student?
This is coming from an undergrad physics major, psychology minor female student. I am currently a sophomore who is looking for job opportunities, yet failing to find any that seem useful to my future career goals. I would like to find more STEM related jobs, however, I mainly see retail jobs available now-a-days.
Data Science/Scientist Questions
I recently learned about the field of Data Science. I'm seriously considering a career in Data Science because it combines my interests in math, computer science, research, and writing. I'm really interested in learning more about it as a career. My questions are: 1.) What do data scientists do? 2.) According to an article I found on Indeed, some things that data scientists may do include "working in social media companies and using the user data to understand habits and suggest content that the users will enjoy. They may also work in politics and make predictions about the election results. " What else may they work on besides this? I like the idea of studying retail data, or data on where college graduates relocate to. 3.) Does it involve a lot of math, or is it mostly computer-based? 4.) What are the pros and cons of this career? 5.) Is it in demand? When I was researching data science on LinkedIn, I found a disheartening number of posts by laid-off data scientists. 6.)How much education to you need to become a data scientist? 7.) Are data scientist jobs mostly in person or remote. If they're in person, where are they mostly located (e.g. East/West Coast, big cities, specific cities, etc.) 8.) Is it a popular career choice? Is it a popular career choice among women? 9.) What classes/self-study courses should I take to see if I would enjoy being a data scientist? 10.) Can you get an MBA with a focus in data science? What is it like being a woman working in STEM? Are there any feelings of self doubt or lack of confidence? If so, how to overcome it?
I've always been so confused and honestly frustrated that women don't get as much recognition in STEM-related careers, and although opportunities are arising there are still underlying sexism and misogyny in the workplace. That sometimes discourage me from pursuing a career in STEM because I thought I wouldn't be as smart as the boys working there.
ive read that its better to have experience in volunteering works to apply for scholar or jobs, but how can i prove my volunteering work if that organisation did not provide the certificate?
