What if I want to have a job that supports and pays well, but that I genuinely like and have time to do things in my free time?

I have heard many stories of people having their dream jobs that pay, "big bucks," but then having these jobs take away a lot of time from their outside lives and take away time from things that are truly important to them, for example, family. I have also heard of people having jobs that pay extremely well, but it is not what they are interested in, or not their, "top choice," in what they would choose for their career. This is where I am conflicted for when I start to make these decisions. I want to know what different careers there are and how well they will support me, but also how much time they could potentially take away, or the values that are most important to me, such as family. Do not get me wrong, I am not saying that I will not work hard or not put my all in because I do not want to waste my time on a beneficial career, but these kind of decisions, I think, would be easier to make if we knew all of the certain criteria that is associated with each choice. #conflicted #travel #doctorate-degree #neonatology #business #hospital-and-health-care #performing-arts #art #marine-biology #biology

How do I find a job that incorporates everything I love to do? What degree should I pursue?

I am absolutely in LOVE with the outdoors and travel. My favorite subjects in school have always been Geology, Earth Science, and Biology. I am very passionate about the environment and sustainability. I look forward to all my classes, and I really enjoy being a student in general. College is my happy place, I think because of how much a I enjoy learning. I consider myself a relatively creative person too- I spend a lot of time on art projects and writing. Any suggestions for me? I would like to combine my love for nature/science and my creative thinking :) #science #nature #geology #creative-professions #travel

What are some college courses to consider for working abroad?

My dream is to travel the world, but I obviously need a good source of income in order to do that. Writing/editing has always interested me, and so a career doing something similar to that would be great. However, I'm very open to other ideas: I've heard #web-design and #transcriptionist have moderatly flexible schedules, and many #work-from-home. But aside from those, is there any other options that would enable me to fulfil my wanderlust dreams?
