What is the one piece of career advice you wish someone gave you when you were younger?

One piece of career advice I wish someone would've given me when I was younger is DO YOUR RESEARCH. I can't stress this enough how important it is to research the jobs you are applying to. Reach out to current staff members, research the company in the news, and take your time to learn about their values and mission. Are they in alignment with who you are as a person? Can you see yourself there long term? DO YOUR RESEARCH, it'll all be worth it.
