I want to do internships but part-time with less commitment as I am already swamped with my previous duties. Any ideas where can I find high school internships like this? doesn't matter whether paid or unpaid.

I'm wondering about how people usually go onto finding internships.

It seems that when i get more hours of sleep, i feel groggy during the day. What is the right amount of sleep for a teen?

I enjoy the psychology class I am in right now and I like the idea of pursuing something in that area but I am not sure what to really do now. I should probably take a psychology class at University but I don't know what else there is and how to look at using that for my future.
