is college worth the money

i'm 15 and in 10th grade and i'm unsure if i should get a job. i want money for myself to spend , but i don't want to have a lot of stress on me with school and a job.

I have been playing basketball since I was young yet I could never afford travel or aau, and many tell me its impossible to get noticed and recruited without playing at least one of those.

so im 14 and im scared for my future. even though getting a job is happening far from now im still scared. i dont want to waste my life doing something i dont like.
