In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
Currently working with Dell's Global Talent Acquisition COE team as a Employer Brand Engagement and Social Media Advisor for the India Region. This role gives me a great opportunity to combine my past experiences in online media, web analytics, copy writing with my love for social media. I’m excited to work in a company like Dell that is a front-runner when it comes to understanding how to use social platforms not only for interacting with customers, but also to brand Dell as an employer of choice and as a great place to work! When I'm not tweeting about social media, employer branding, startups, etc, you'll find me trekking on the beautiful Himalayan mountains with Indiahikes! :-)
