I am a first generation physician and navigated my way through medical school and residency without much help. I have had a great career that I love-I am a pediatrician but I also teach new doctors (medical students and residents). I love to do a lot of things outside of medicine as well. I read, do hot yoga, hike, and have 4 rescue pets.
