Daniela’s Answer

Hi London,

It would be interesting you draw up a plan of action. To do this is quite simple:

  • Write on a piece of paper areas or activities that you enjoy most. Learn about your career options, making a research about the careers you choose.

  • Know yourself -- your strengths, values, personality, and skills. This will help you decide which choice best fits you:

Where do my interests lie?
What do I do well and enjoy?
What kind of personality do I have?
What's really important to me?
What are my values?

  • Do you have a hobby or a talent that you love and are good at? Think of ways to transform activities that come naturally to you into a career.

I hope this suggestions can help you. More information in:

Gustavo’s Answer

Hi, London. I agree with Daniela. Make a list of things you love and are good at, and also note what you don't enjoy. This will help you focus on the right choices. If you're early in your career, it's a great time to try new things. Don't worry too much about short-term gains like salaries or titles. Instead, aim for a career you enjoy and can excel in over the long term. Good luck!
