Ramón’s Answer

Hi! I spent a lot of time working on my applications. I talked to people, read essays, and wrote many drafts of my letters. In the end, you should do everything you can to make your application the best it can be. After that, stop worrying because you've done your best. :)

Lindsay’s Answer

This is a completely fair question - college exploration and applications can feel overwhelming! Sharing below a few different ways to manage the stress:
1. Break it down: Create a checklist or timeline so you're not facing everything at once; making lists really helps me to understand what I have to do and when, and turning it into smaller tasks is calming.
3. Talk it out: Chat with friends, family, or counselors; sharing your stress can lighten the load.
4. Take breaks: This is easier said than done, but make time to relax. Breaks help your brain reset and keep you from burning out!
5. Keep perspective: You’ve got lots of time and paths ahead of you! And you can't control everything in the admissions process, so just focus on the things you CAN control.
