You can strengthen your resume by including experience from school projects, volunteer work, part-time jobs, and extracurricular activities. In college, take advantage of more opportunities like joining different projects, internships, and attending job fairs. These experiences will help you connect with the job market and can all be added to your resume.

Creating a LinkedIn account is a great way to get in contact with employers and other people in the field. Try following major companies you want to work at, this can lead to seeing posts about job fairs and career opportunities. Don't be afraid to send a cold email. This means reaching out first and introducing yourself. If a company has their "lead ____" or "hiring _____", send them a message telling them who you are, listing your credentials, and ask them to keep you in mind. From there, keep doing things to make yourself known. Volunteer, go to job fairs, attend workshops, etc. (you can find these on LinkedIn and on google or company websites.)
