Best career path for specific prospects and intrest?
What is the best choice for someone with a strong understanding of Economics and Applied Mathematics as a career goal? I want to try Healthcare Data Analytics, but I'm worried it might be oversaturated and not what it is made out to be.

Hi! I majored in Environmental Science so not sure I can give the best advice here, but I saw you haven't got any responses just yet. I would ask back to you - what are you passions? There are data analysis opportunities in every field, and you should try to go down that path to intertwine your passion and your talent! I was surprised to learn how much of corporate sustainability work is data and analytics when I was fresh out of college, and most sustainability professionals have strong data an analysis skills, for example. We have so many people that are carbon accountants that focus on calculating GHG emissions, environmental impacts, etc and it is very STEM oriented. If you are passionate about healthcare, and want to go down that path, I would encourage you to try to reach out to some professionals on LinkedIn that might have the title you are hoping for; ask if they want to hop on a brief call (15-30 min) and come prepared with questions to ask them about their role. So many people are willing to help! Feel free to ask follow up questions too, would love to share any advice I can!
Connect with some professionals on LinkedIn with roles you are interested in, and set up networking calls to learn and ask about industry specific questions
