Herman’s Answer

Since it is an unconventional career field, most opportunities come from exposure and the best way to do so is from content creation. Try to stream on well known platforms such as YouTube Gaming and Facebook Gaming as opposed to Mixer and Twitch, and create YouTube videos with titles and thumbmails that makes people want to click. You'll be contacted by organizations in no time.

Eberto’s Answer

Hi Borey,

Yes, pro gamers can create a brand for themselves and become more than just an eSports player (i.e Ninja). They can become content creators and influencers that promote brands among other things. Some players create their own organizations with other professional players/content creators and build a business out of the organization. Of course there is always the coaching route as well. Lastly, streaming on platforms such as Twitch, Mixer, Facebook Gaming, and Youtube are what most professional players end up doing.

Daniel’s Answer

Some, but not most. E.g. coaching can be one path. Streaming tends to be the default option.
