What is the best way to study in college by the way I'm a chemistry major #Spring26?

I'm currently a chemistry major, and I've been trying to figure out the best way to study without feeling overwhelmed all the time. With college being different from high school, I've noticed that just reviewing notes isn't working as it did in high school. I'm a chemistry major with a minor in biology.

Study actively, not just by reading solve problems daily and revise concepts after every lecture.
Understand the logic behind reactions and formulas instead of memorizing them.
Practice previous year questions and test yourself regularly.
Stay consistent with short daily study sessions instead of last-minute cramming.
