You must me more updated with current technologies as well as need to concentrate more on srudies.

You have to be willing to make sacrifices during the long years of training. Many hours will be spent in the library during the 4 years of college and 4 years of medical school. Many night / call shifts will be required during the 3-6 years of residency followed by optional years of fellowship training.
