Your Nursing program will set up your Nursing Internship/Clinical. After you are done with your Nursing program, there are Nursing new grad programs available at selected hospitals.

Depending where you are located and if you have your nursing license. If you are in a nursing school you might want to seek out your career support from the school. Also, many teaching facilities (and Magnate facilities) do offer internships and support nursing . You can also check with your local board of nursing.

Lisa recommends the following next steps:

Check with your own institution and see what support services they offer.
Check with your local board of nursing, you can find information following this link: https://www.ncsbn.org/about-boards-of-nursing.htm
Here is a good article that discusses nursing internships (non licensed).https://www.ncsbn.org/about-boards-of-nursing.htm

Your intership is set up through your nsg program. If you are speaking of the ones you can work as a nurse tech while you are waiting for licensure then those are typically posted online. A good site to look at is indeed.com or you can look at the facilities your school has agreements with.
