Hi Jazmine,
There are many rewards daily to being an administrative assistant, specifically at my company;
1) personal satisfaction of providing valuable office assistance in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
2) work environment that includes positive, respectful, flexible and supportive managers and team members.
3) good work life balance - meaningful work and reasonable work hours while allowing sufficient time allocated to personal
activities
4)gratitude from fellow team members
These are just some of the rewards I experience each day.
