I love working in Material Handling Operations because everyday is a different adventure. No two days are the same. It is never a dull moment. I have so many different tasks that I can pretty much choose what to work on each day. There is a lot of room for moving up to bigger positions and a lot of room for salary growth. Good effort and success at projects is recognized and rewarded. I get to work alone often but I also get to work in teams pretty often, too! Things are always changing and growing and expanding in my field and I almost always am excited to get up and come to work!! I love having paid vacation days and paid holidays off. I also found there were many different scholarships available for students in this field!

Take a chemistry or physics class during school or extracurricular summer program.
