Hi,
Good question, a systems analyst does different things depending on the company they work for but basically he/she uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Systems analysts may serve as change agents who identify the organizational improvements needed, design systems to implement those changes, and train and motivate others to use the systems. Part of that was pasted in from another website but this is a very creative and technical job requiring knowledge of computers, business, people and much more. For more information, I found a good website, skilledup dot .com and search for systems analyst. Good luck!
