Many certificate programs exist online where you can advance your skill set and become a certified personal trainer, or become a fitness instructor and teach classes in a gym or your own private office! If you have an interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals there are many programs of study and courses you can take to get that specialty certificate. Doing an online search can help you narrow down what certificate programs might be right for you, and depending on the company you work for, may be paid for by your current employer. Good luck in your search.

Just like in any position within any company. Work hard -excellent work ethic. Offer to train new onboarding employees. Get involved in process improvement groups. Great personality .
