What is the most important thing you like about your career?

"I get to help connect people. Candidates with hiring managers and vice-versa. The interaction with people is so interesting. Each candidate has an interesting story to tell, and every hiring manager has a need or needs. When you are able to help bring those people together where they both decide to move forward as a team to make an impact for the company, then that is is very rewarding."

Hi! The most important thing about my career at the moment is having the flexibility to try new things and find solutions to challenges we may be facing with projects. I also work with a ton of great people, so that impacts my career. Overall, there are a lot of great things, but I definitely think the people and flexibility at my job really do make me love my career.

Problem solving! Helping my customers overcome hurdles and improve their technical operations. I have exposure to many challenges that companies face in the operations of their digital products. I get to take those multi-faceted experiences and share solutions with others.

I appreciate the flexibility my career gives me - the flexibility in my work hours and work location, and also the flexibility in the type of work I do. As there are many areas that fall within security engineering, I can choose to learn a little about several areas or specialize in one or two areas. And there are always opportunities to keep learning!
