I would say problem solving and troubleshooting and then having a positive outcome. and then being able to give good news to the customer after it's fixed lol

Hello Ian,
They quite truly keep the world moving. The best ones understand customer service, and what it means to be totally put out and stuck. They know their product showing depth and breadth. Great ones listen well and communicate clearly to all of their patrons to share what they did, how it addressed the problem. Mark nailed it with problem solving and troubleshooting. They figure out puzzles that drive many of us nuts. They get to be hero's.
