Hi Arturo, At UPS our Auto Mechanics are usually promotions from with-in. Employees are ready working are Package Handler's. But if you go to upsjobs.com and put in your Zip code you can see if any Auto Mechanic jobs are open and see what the requirements are. Most will have to take a computer based test, then possibly a hands on test to make sure you can apply the skills you portrayed on the test. There are several Auto Mechanic departments that consist of several people, so yes you will work with others depending on the actual task at hand.
