Hi Jeeva
wow great question and one that is really hard to answer! There are probably almost as many cultures as there are organisations. I am sure you have read about fun cultures like those at Google and Apple where the offices are very free style and have fun activities on site, etc. At the other end of the spectrum you will find perhaps finance and accountancy and other corporate environments where the working day may be more structured even if the teams have fun socializing after work. Different industries have different cultures too - so it would perhaps be better to name some industries that you think you might work in in your question - or add a comment below - and then people from those industries can give you some more specific guidance as your question is very broad.
Many companies derive their culture from their leadership so if you have an industry in mind you could read press articles about their leaders and that would give you a good idea of what attitude they set up in their businesses too.
Good luck with your research! Vee

Corporate Culture can really depend on the organization you choose to work for. I recommend taking a look at the benefits that are offered and some of the employee feedback on sites such as Glassdoor.com. A lot of the times the benefits a corporation offers such as health care, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, etc. can be indicators of how a company treats its employees. I also recommend visiting the corporations website and taking a look at the "About Us" section. This section will usually give more insight into the company priorities, vision and overall culture. I hope these recommendations help!
