Facility maintenance covers a broad category. I would recommend researching which area within facility maintenance interests you. Is it overall operation of the property, such as a facility manager or is it hands on management of the equipment, such as a building engineer. As with any job the more certifications you complete, the more marketable you will become. I would recommend searching for the basic certs and build from there.
