Daniel’s Answer

I think one overlooked portion of a career in IT, especially if you are looking to work for a large well known company in the IT support department, is having good people skills. You will often be dealing with people who are in a rush for time and are frustrated with whatever issue they are facing. Despite your intentions to help, they can be aggressive and knowing how to communicate with people, and having patience trying to help them is often overlooked as a skill required for a career in that field. It isn't just about your technical knowledge, although that helps a lot.

If you like to spend your almost eight hours of a day doing some algorithms or programming..you can opt IT.Information technology has high potential growth..but personality wise you must be a cool guy who can spend his or her time quietly.I know lots of my friends they are good in logic and maths but they don’t want to sit long hours..
