I live in a small town with multiple realtor companies surrounding me. How do I know which company is the best? #realtor

I would ask yourself, what are you looking for in a Company? If you are newly licensed, you will most likely need a company which offers a robust training platform. Is name recognition important to you? Again, if you are new, most likely, as you haven't had enough exposure to establish your own brand. Technology is also an important factor to consider, as you will want to align yourself with one that has a strong presence online. Best advice, interview them all.....yes, they all want you as a licensed salesperson on their team. Ask these questions and you will soon find out which is the best fit for you and your career.

Hi Frannie, if you of anyone who is in this industry interview them. I would suggest talking to 4-5 people about their employers. In addition, spend some time reading reviews. Lastly, follow those companies that you might be interested in social media. This will give you a good idea on how successful they might be.

I would check reviews online + also perform your own due diligence because so many properties, etc. and their information are available online. Leverage all of your resources and also check for realtor reviews online!
