When wanting to do hair, should i go to a beauty school?

Needing to know because it may help if I do go to one , but is it necessary? #cosmetology

Hello. I would highly recommend going to work at a salon as receptionist, shampoo girl, or assistant to a stylist before spending the money and time on Beauty School.


I love have the having the skill and love what I do, but its not for everyone.

If you want a career in Cosmetology you should go to Cosmetology School or a State Board approve apprentice program.
