Is it possible to become a elementary teacher without taking four to six years of college?
I come from a family of low income and it's hard for me to be able to afford college. #elementary-education

Hi! I'm a licensed elementary teacher in Florida. Each state has its own rules, but here in Florida, I need a license to teach in public schools. This means I must have a four-year degree, pass exams, and gain classroom experience during college. However, some private schools might have different requirements since they follow their own guidelines. You can also explore getting certificates for daycare or substitute teaching, which can provide great experience and extra income.
