Hi Alejandro, there are tons of rules in hockey, so like Dan said, reading up on the general game is a great start. As you gain interest, you may want to read about more specific rules, which can be found here: https://www.usahockey.com/rulesandresources . USA Hockey's website is a great resource to help guide you in rules of hockey, and how to get started playing. For the avid learner, I'd also recommend checking out the case book. This will help you gain a better understanding of how rules are applied to game situations. Hope this helps.

The best bet to really start learning the game is to go to your local library and check out some books on it. You'll find beginners level books will give you the first general rules of the game that you'll need to get started
