What does the daily life of a typical clinical psychologist entail?

My ultimate goal is to be a clinical psychologist because I'm very concerned about the stigma against treating mental health (and mental health itself) and wish to help those who are suffering from mental health problems. It'd be nice to know how my future may look like :)

The daily life of a clinical psychologist depends on which area you work in. For example, if you work as a therapist in private practice, your daily life may consist of seeing clients in your office throughout the day. However, you may also decide to work as a professor.
Based on your question, it sounds like you want to work as a therapist and think that is great. Being a therapist is very rewarding. From my clinical experience, helping people with mental illness and fighting stigma against mental illness is a challenge but it is worth the time and because you make a difference in so many ways.
