Best way to get a job quickly after college is to start your networking activities, job search, and even job experience before you graduate! The answer to your questions likely differs by industry. But the more involved you become before graduating - attaining relevant experience, getting to know people in the industry and so forth...these things will help accelerate your job search.

Good morning Kinyoh. Your major or field of study in college will determine your speed in getting a job after graduating. For example, the job market for nursing, teaching, computer technology and social work are currently in high demand. Criminal Justice majors are also able to find jobs in law enforcement and corrections right after finishing college.
