I have learned the process for employment. Can the process start following graduation but before passing the boards or do you have to wait until after passing the boards? Where should a new grad look for employment opportunities? Any tips or suggests... #nurse-practitioner

Before you start, you need to network and with future employers and future coworker. The sooner the better. You might get hire but on a contingency upon you pass that board exam. For NP there should be a network with your school. Usually company would come and recruit new grads. Check with these link:
